We should strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation, and foster new mechanisms and platforms for international cooperation, create more opportunities for Chinese and foreign enterprises to deepen service trade and investment cooperation, and form more practical cooperation results. Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia, tourism, transportation, catering, accommodation, commerce and exhibition industry has been seriously affected, and digital services such as information and communication, telemedicine, online education and e-commerce have been growing continuously. It is necessary to comply with the development trend of digitalization, networking and intelligence, and rely on new technologies such as big data, Internet of things, cloud computing and blockchain to vigorously promote the overall export of high-end services and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of service trade.
